#63 Mentor and Mentee – a way to make student dreams come true

The holiday period is conducive to conversations a bit apart from studies, after all, man does not live by university alone, but also by dreams, especially when the weather is favorable to them. "Don't give up on your dreams. (...) You never know when you will need them," wrote Carlos Ruiz Zafón. And this is exactly what: how to help yourself realize your dreams: about a new path of development or starting your own company, is the subject of the conversation in the next episode of the podcast.

Aleksandra Woźniak from the University of Warsaw Incubator, coordinator of the mentoring program for students of the University of Warsaw and the Medical University of Warsaw, talks about supporting student dreams and entrepreneurship of young graduates, answering questions from Dr. Justyna Pokojska o:
– a way for students to fulfill their dreams,
– the role of a mentor (and mentoring!) and mentoring in fulfilling dreams,
– actions that students can take today,
– the role of cooperation between UW units in making dreams come true,
– conditions that a graduate must meet to participate in the UW Incubator mentoring program,
– the dreams that students come with.
