The Social Dialogue Committee of the KIG, together with HR experts and consulting companies, wants to create a space for discussion on the changes taking place in the labor market. Together we will consider what this market will look like in 10 or 15 years. Which specialists will be needed and which professions will cease to exist? Is career planning still possible in a changing reality?
Our goal is to present the trends we are dealing with on the Polish market, both from the perspective of the employer and the employee, and to compare them with global forecasts regarding the leading trends on the labor market. We want to focus on aspects related to the functioning of organizations, employee engagement, the role of new technologies, and above all, to present the reasons and directions of Polish labor migration. During the conference, we will present the results of the latest Work Service report "Polish labor migration", from which we will learn, among other things, what percentage of Poles are currently considering labor migration and what are the preferred destinations? During the conversation about trends in human resources management with experts from Deloitte and Aon Hewitt, we will get to know the most interesting conclusions from their research: "Global Human Capital Trends 2016. The new organization: Different by design" and "2016 Trends in Global Employee Engagement". Participation in the discussion was confirmed by: Krzysztof Bednarek, Deputy Director, Department of Economics of the European Union, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Derdziuk, former President of the Social Insurance Institution Jacek Kowalski, Member of the Management Board of Orange Polska for Human Resources Dr. hab. Katarzyna Śledziewska, Digital Economy Lab, University of Warsaw Maciej Witucki, Chairman of the Social Dialogue Committee
