DELab UW partner of the Business in Women's Hands program. Recruitment is underway!

In order to initiate cooperation between the program participants and to create a cluster of women's companies, applications containing diverse business ideas will be selected for the program. 50 participants selected through a competition will be qualified for the program. The recruitment process will be two-stage, in the first stage applications will be accepted via an online form. In the second stage selected participants will be invited to individual interviews. After qualifying for the program, participants will be asked to choose a mentor. The program, which will last from October 2 to April 2016, consists of the following elements: SKILLSHARE NETWORKS OF ENTREPRENEURS OF WOMEN - 2017 two-day all-day training modules with business practitioners, including business modeling, finance, promotion, sales, law and accounting; BUSINESS MENTORING – individual mentoring relationship from October 5 to April 2016. Mentors are female entrepreneurs belonging to the Mentors Club of the Entrepreneurial Women's Network – women who successfully run their own business and want to share their experience, knowledge and skills; NETWORKING – 2017 networking meetings for program participants, providing mutual support, the opportunity to exchange first experiences and stimulating business cooperation; BE THE CHANGE SESSIONS – 7 evening inspirational and networking sessions, during which 6 women from the Entrepreneurial Women's Network tell stories about a turning point in their personal or professional life. The meetings are educational, inspirational and allow for establishing business contacts. BWKR ZONE DURING THE SPK CONFERENCE – A special exhibition zone of companies established in the Business in Women's Hands program in the networking space during the SPK Conference.
