The guest of the breakfast will be Katia Roman-Trzaska, a lawyer by education, a "chef" by passion. Katia is the founder of the first and only cooking school for children in Poland, Little Chef. She learned the secrets of cooking from the famous chef Kurt Scheller and at the Culinary Institute of America. Her culinary passion made her quit her law firm and in 2007 she founded the Little Chef cooking school. Over the course of seven years, over 25 children have learned to cook there. Katia believes that food determines the quality of life, which is why she has been participating in the "I Know What I Eat" campaign since 2009, conducting cooking and healthy eating classes for students in Warsaw schools. She hosted a cooking program on the Kuchnia+ TV station. In the kitchen, Katia attaches great importance to seasonal, healthy and local products. She bakes her own bread and always has homemade broth on hand. Her great passion is Indian cuisine, and she also loves young broad beans. These are the flavors she brought from her family home, where there was always a lot of cooking and talking about food. We invite you to this meeting, come with your friends. Breakfast is free.
