Debate "Work: Life in Myth or Myth of Life?"! What does the job market look like today from the perspective of an employee and business? Who is the employer looking for? What does the employee expect? Who does business need and what will it look like in a few years?
During the debate organized on November 3, 2016 as part of the Town of Thoughts series, together with experts, we will try to look at the relations and influences taking place in the labor market from both a Polish and international perspective and consider what it will look like in the near future. The meeting will be divided into 3 thematic modules: 1. Marriage of convenience or love? - who is the employer looking for - what do they expect, where and how do they look for it, what do they offer? - what companies are the employees looking for - what are they guided by, what do they pay attention to? - who does business need, what will it be like in the future - what direction to choose for self-education, what competences to develop? 2. Work with meaning, the meaning of work - Is freedom at work an illusion? - What influence do we have on work, and how does it change us? 3. Business in size "r" - Does diversity have a positive impact on the labor market, workplaces and business contacts?
