Application and complaint procedure
Everyone has the right to request the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or any of their elements. In the event that the public entity refuses to comply with the request to ensure accessibility or an alternative method of accessing the information, the person submitting the request may file a complaint regarding ensuring digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or element of the website, or mobile application. Entrance to the building
There are two entrances to the BUW building, the first from Lipowa Street, the second on the opposite side from the "roundabout, garden". From Lipowa Street towards the building there is a slope of the terrain. Double doors, double-leaf, between the vestibule, opened manually. The width of one leaf is 90 cm, after opening both leaves the width is 150 cm. Help can be obtained from the Building Security, or from BUW employees by phone. There are no steps or thresholds in the entrances to the BUW building. Help can be obtained by phone on the building security numbers open 22 hours a day no. Corridors and passages
In the BUW building, the corridors are flat, without steps or thresholds. The doors to the rooms are 90 cm wide, the handles are mounted at a height of up to 110 cm. The elevator doors are 90 cm wide, the elevator cabin is 140 cm x 110 cm. The elevators in the building are accessible without additional procedures.
Procedures
Entering the building for people with disabilities requires assistance in opening the door.

Bathrooms, toilets, changing rooms
The cloakrooms are located on the ground floor of the BUW building to the right and left of the BUW entrance. The cloakrooms contain bathrooms for people with disabilities, on the right side for women and on the left side for men. The bathrooms for people with disabilities are located: – staircase no. 4 on level +1, +2 in “free access”. – staircase no. 9 “croissant” on level -2, -1, ground floor, +1, +2, +3. There are no restrictions on access for people with disabilities to the cloakrooms or bathrooms.
Additional customizations
There are no Braille labels for rooms, secretariats and porters in the BUW building. The induction loop for the hearing impaired is located in the auditorium on level -2. The room has not been equipped with headphones that work with the loop. Braille descriptions of rooms are located in the rooms on level -1 "Sports at BUW". There is no voice information in the elevators, nor are there Braille descriptions of buttons.
Access and parking spaces
MZA public transport stops are located on Dobra Street in the immediate vicinity of the BUW building. Pedestrian crossings across the street with light and sound signals. Access by MZA buses numbered 105, 118, 127.
Right of entry with an assistance dog
No restrictions on entry with assistance dogs.

Additional information about the building
On level +1, the "catalogue hall", there are architectural obstacles that make it difficult for visually impaired people to move around (protruding handrails of the spiral staircase).
