Dr. hab. Renata Włoch, prof. UW

She is a researcher who boldly crosses disciplinary boundaries. She majored in International Relations and Sociology and currently combines her work at the Faculty of Sociology UW and DELab UW. Her publications include such topics as the policy of Muslims' integration, international security in the nuclear dimension and the organization of major sporting events on the example of UEFA Euro 2012 in Poland. She is also the author of numerous expert reports for business and public institutions and institutional evaluations (including the Brussels think tank Breughel and the think tank system in Albania). At DELab, she is concerned with the social changes resulting from digital transformation, especially those occurring in the labor market and education system. The framework that binds her research interests is globalization - she currently focuses on analyzing the digital dimension of global political, economic, social and cultural processes.
