Author of numerous reports and expert opinions in the area of ​​digitalization, co-author of the book "Digital Economy. How New Technologies Change the World".
Managing Director of DELab UW – IDUB Center of Excellence and Head of the Department of Technological Transformation at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. Member of the Team for the Development of a Higher Education Strategy at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. In her research, she focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence and new technologies on the labor market, organizational changes and the development of future competences. She examines digital transformation processes in companies and public institutions, with particular emphasis on changes in organizational culture, adaptation of generation Z and challenges related to neurodiversity. She directs and manages international research projects, including within the Horizon 2020 program, and her experience also includes practical support for enterprises in adapting to technological changes and implementing innovative digital solutions. She is the co-author of the book "Digital Economy. How New Technologies Change the World" and numerous reports on digitization and the economy of the future. She has extensive education and numerous certificates in the area of ​​personal development and management. She completed MBA studies and is a Certified Practitioner and Master Practitioner NLP with international certificates IANLP and IN. Additionally, she completed certified courses Transforming Communication, Fundamental Coaching Skills and Coaching Single Session Change, which enrich her competences in working with people and teams.
