PhD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw, in the discipline of economics and finance. In her research, she deals with the digital transformation of the labor market, in particular employee perceptions in the area of ​​task automation, the future of employment and improving competences. She is implementing the NCN Preludium grant entitled "Exposure to automation and investments in human capital in European Union countries". She is also interested in the creative sector, including the economy of attention in the context of digital entertainment.

Analyst at DELab UW, member of the Association for Cultural Economics Poland (ACEP). Her research focuses on the digital transformation of the labor market, in particular employee perceptions in the area of ​​task automation, the future of employment and improving competences. She is also interested in the creative sector, including the attention economy in the context of digital entertainment. She is implementing the NCN Preludium grant in which she examines how exposure to automation technologies affects investments in human capital and what are the motivations and barriers behind it. Currently also involved in two scientific projects related to the creative sector. In the OPUS NCN project led by Dr. Wojciech Hardy, she examines the competition for time and attention resources in digital entertainment sectors. In an international project financed by DG EAC, she deals with the discoverability and representation of European music and books in the digital environment.
