He works in the Enterprise Europe Network and WAMA EDIH projects, supporting enterprises in adapting digital technologies.

He specializes in researching the digital maturity of enterprises and the impact of digital transformation on the functioning of companies. He also explores this topic in his doctoral thesis. He is interested in technologies used by enterprises and how digital transformation affects their competitiveness and financial results. He particularly analyzes the use of artificial intelligence by small and medium-sized enterprises and its impact on business efficiency and innovation. Professionally involved in projects supporting the development of enterprises in the area of ​​new technologies. As part of the Enterprise Europe Network, he helps companies in the process of digital transformation, searches for sources of financing for innovation and supports the development of international business cooperation. He also works in the WAMA EDIH project, where he conducts digital maturity audits and helps companies implement advanced technologies, increasing their competitiveness on the market. On a daily basis, he also cooperates with business, especially with the metallurgical industry, which allows him to have direct contact with the challenges and needs of companies in the field of digitalization. Privately, a philosophy, sports and automotive enthusiast. He trains boxing, runs marathons and rides a motorcycle. Proud father of 4-year-old Tosia.
