We study the impact of emerging technologies on industrial development, workforce competencies, and labor market trends. Our expertise lies in conducting advanced quantitative analyses, modeling datasets to provide in-depth insights into the transformations driven by automation and digitalization of enterprises in Poland, the European Union, and worldwide. We deliver cross-sectional, sector-specific, and international analyses aimed at informing the development of evidence-based public policies.
- We research robotization and digitalization: We analyze how the implementation of artificial intelligence tools by Polish enterprises affects the labor market and work organization.
- We create digital maturity models: We develop models for assessing the digital maturity of institutions, including universities, and enterprises.
- We map the competencies of the future: We identify key competencies necessary for the effective implementation of modern technologies and increasing competitiveness in the digital economy.
- We examine the higher education sector: We analyze the attitudes of the higher education sector towards the changing requirements for employee competences and adapting the functioning of universities to new conditions.
- We recommend macroeconomic policies: We develop recommendations for conducting macroeconomic policy in conditions of increasing digitalization of economies.
- We work with companies: We are involved in projects within the Enterprise Europe Network and the European Digital Innovation Network (EDIH).
