  • We research robotization and digitalization: We analyze how the implementation of artificial intelligence tools by Polish enterprises affects the labor market and work organization.
  • We create digital maturity models: We develop models for assessing the digital maturity of institutions, including universities, and enterprises.
  • We map the competencies of the future: We identify key competencies necessary for the effective implementation of modern technologies and increasing competitiveness in the digital economy.
  • We examine the higher education sector: We analyze the attitudes of the higher education sector towards the changing requirements for employee competences and adapting the functioning of universities to new conditions.
  • We recommend macroeconomic policies: We develop recommendations for conducting macroeconomic policy in conditions of increasing digitalization of economies.
