The pandemic will trigger an economic crisis, the scale and effects of which we are unable to assess. One thing is certain, however: this crisis will deepen the current changes in the labor market caused by digitalization processes: automation and platformization. These changes will hit especially hard those employees who perform routine and repetitive tasks. In the report, we seek answers to questions about the direction of changes in the labor market, threats to professionally active women, and actions that should be taken as soon as possible not only to mitigate the negative effects of the crisis, but also to use this moment to equalize women's opportunities on the labor market in the digital economy of the future. The publication was created as part of the Woman Update campaign.
