The aim of the project is to conduct a detailed analysis of the accessibility and visibility of diverse cultural content from Europe in the digital environment. The study focuses on the impact of content prioritization practices, algorithmic recommendations and curatorial strategies on cultural and linguistic diversity online. It pays special attention to the music and books sectors to understand how these mechanisms affect their reception and accessibility. The final outcome of the project will be to identify potential actions, both at the European Union and national level, that could protect and promote cultural and linguistic diversity online. This project is an important step towards the sustainable development of the digital cultural market in Europe.
