The report "GenAI in Higher Education: New Perspectives for Science and Teaching" was created as a direct continuation of the discussion that began during the conference. Its goal is not only to systematize the topics discussed, but above all, to provide an in-depth analysis and formulate strategic guidelines for universities that want to not only "implement AI" but consciously shape it in line with their academic mission. The report is not prescriptive – we do not propose ready-made solutions for implementation. We propose a language and analytical framework that will allow the Ministry of Science and Higher Education to guide universities in making their own decisions in a thoughtful, participatory manner, consistent with the local context. We were inspired – and committed – by a belief that resonated in almost every conference session: the future of universities in the world of AI depends on the courage to ask questions, a willingness to experiment, and the ability to build trust between people and technology.

"Co-financed from the state budget as part of a targeted subsidy provided by the Minister of Science and Higher Education for the implementation of the task "Organization of an international scientific conference on the application of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) in the higher education and science sector."
